  • How your child eats today will have a striking impact on his or her health throughout adolescence and adulthood. Consuming nutritious foods helps children develop healthy, strong, and confident. Children require a variety of nutrient-dense foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, meat, fish and adequate calories in order to grow and develop properly. It’s crucial that your child is consuming the essential nutrients he or she needs to grow. Children need a balanced and healthy diet to fuel the amazing rate of growth and development that occurs during early childhood. We at Building Kidz offer hot, nutritious meals and a portion of the fruits and vegetables that we serve is organic.

  • Parents have applauded us for shifting their fussy eaters, to children willing to explore a wide, healthy variety of foods. We have found when children eat in a communal setting they are more inclined to eat with their friends and are less picky. We provide nutrient-dense choices from all the major food groups. Beverages that we serve include water and 1% milk and we refrain from serving sugared drinks, especially carbonated soda and juice.
